We employed Sean from Hamilton Home Improvements to undertake our extensive home renovation in March this year. We are more than happy with the results, Sean was fantastic to work with. When any issues came up with the rebuild, which there always is, Sean was great with coming up with solutions on how we sort the issue out and coming up with ideas on how it could look much better which we hadn’t thought about.

Sean is a great guy and runs a tight ship, he really cares about the quality of workmanship and his whole team were just wonderful. They made the whole exercise look so easy, when I know it wasn’t. It was a really big job as the whole house was guttered and basically just the original floor and a couple of framed walls were left standing, ready for the extension and rebuild. As we were in Whitianga, we organized the subtrades and Sean worked well with them, which can be difficult when they don’t know each other, and hadn’t worked together before.

We have no hesitation in recommending Sean and his team to do a renovation or new build. If we were ever going to undertake another job we would definitely employ them again.
